About Leigh

Leigh Lucroy is a residential and investment real estate agent serving the greater Jackson, Mississippi area. A native of Raymond, MS, Leigh brings a hospitality-driven approach to real estate, having earned an Associate's degree from Hinds Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. She spent 12 years in the hotel industry, where she developed a deep commitment to service, attention to detail, and making people feel at home — qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction.

In 2015, Leigh and her husband Charlie moved to Florida to pursue his real estate career. In 2024, they returned home to Mississippi to open their own brokerage focused on residential property management. Today, Leigh is a Realtor® working with buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and investment properties, helping clients find their dream home or the next opportunity to grow their real estate portfolio.

Leigh has been married to Charlie Lucroy for 17 years, and together they have three sons — Gabe, William, and Robert. Outside of work, she loves spending time on the boat with family, grilling out, trying new restaurants, traveling, and cheering on MS State and the Dallas Cowboys.
